Shipping & Delivery

Regular Shipping with UPS and USPS
We offer same day shipping for products ordered before 3pm.
When checking out – Live shipping rates will appear when you have entered in your shipping or billing address.
We can ship to business and residential addresses for Regular shipping methods.

NEW! Local Pickup (Purchase first – arrange appointment to pickup) Great for same day orders if the item is in stock!
We have a new option at checkout for Houston area clients. This is big news for us. We have an office location but it is not open to walk-ins or general public. Located in the NASA area of League City, this location is only available as a pickup location for orders completed online.
Contact us at info@cosydry.com for arranging a time before you order! This will help ensure we are able to meet or be open at that location for you to pick up from.
Please note – this is a public office building with many other companies in the same building. This location is not available for shopping or browsing at this time. The office location is where we will be working out of to help grow Cosy Dry to a proper public store front… but we are still not quite there yet.

If you live in the Houston Area and want products the same day we do offer limited local shipping with the guidelines below.

Local Delivery (not available at the moment) (South Houston Area to Galveston County) Since opening this has been a large request from our customers. We want to help you get the products you want quickly. Shipping can be pricey and we want to help take care of your requests. Please understand there are a few limits to local delivery. This delivery is myself or my wife delivering your product personally. 

  1. We will not deliver to residential or business locations until you are a regular customer.
  2. We will only deliver to mutually agreed public locations. This is for your safety and ours.
  3. All purchases must be completed online before we will meet and delivery products. No cash on location.
  4. We prefer to deliver in a 20 mile radius of our actual location.
  5. We may be willing to go further but additional fees may apply.
  6. All local deliveries have a minimum fee of $6.50+ tax and upwards of $50.00 for North Houston (Texas charges tax on shipping fees)
  7. Local deliveries are offered as a convenience option for those not wanting to pick up from a Post Office or UPS HUB.
  8. We reserve the right to stop local delivery as an option at any point.
  9. We encourage shipping with UPS or USPS first.
  10. We cannot guarantee local delivery is ALWAYS available. We have to work around life events. We hope you understand.

We hope more locals take us up on the Local Delivery option. For $6.50 it helps us take care of Gas and Time to get the product to the location we meet. The more business we do, the closer we get to having a public store location. Please support our store and we will support the community!

What is your return policy?

At this time since we are very new – all sales are final.


You sell products from another company, why should we buy from you and not right from them?

Location, location, location. We are located in Texas and have product on hand closer than Canada. We love the products we sell and will also strive to have the cost and prices at a reasonable rate. When supplies run out or you know your diaper stash is low, we may be a bit faster than ordering from Canada and waiting on the delivery.  Closer means faster shipping!

How fast can I get my product shipped to me?

UPS provides the following map for shipping times. You can get it even faster if you are located 30 miles from our location – we will meet you with Local Delivery for only $6.50

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently only accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Amazon Pay. We do not accept cash at this time. All purchases must be paid for before we special order, or plan for delivery or pickup.

Updating Account Information
If you have issues with your order, tracking or need to make changes to your account BEFORE you order please do so. Changes to your user account or information may not be possible after ordering. If you have issues please contact us at info@cosydry.com

Do you have a store I can visit in person?

We will be looking for physical store locations in the next year. At this time however we are online only.

Will the box reveal the contents being shipped?

We will ship in discreet plain shipping boxes from the shipping provider. All shipping will be trackable and with a basic description on the shipping label. Adult diapers can be embarrassing to order. We will not put Diapers on the shipping label.

Any connection to that UK company with a similar name?

We settled on this name after another name we had previously was taken by a laptop cover company. We checked online for US trademarked names and saw this was available. It was about one hour later we found a company in the UK had a similar name. No connection whatsoever.
